BIC APP Sells Norwood’s Funeral Stationery Subsidiary
As part of the strategic integration of Norwood and BIC Graphic operations, BIC Advertising Promotional Products (APP) has sold Norwood’s funeral stationery subsidiary, Messenger, based in Auburn, Indiana, to Prairie Capital, an investment firm in Chicago, Illinois. Terms were not disclosed. The sale is expected to close June 18. Read more

 Charles G. Duggan II, MAS, has joined Shelton, Connecticut, supplier Greystone International Products Co. (UPIC: GREYSTON) as director of business development. Duggan, a 17-year industry veteran who was most recently with Magna-Tel, Inc. says he welcomes the opportunity.
“The planning and execution of an Ironman Competition has prepared me for the challenges they face today,” he says. “Our experience and expertise will provide one-stop global logistics.”
Greystone provides supply chain services including product development, logistics, quality control and safety compliance.
Cathy Hicks has been named an independent sales rep for the Florida and Puerto Rico territories of Richmond Hills, Ontario, supplier Ash City (UPIC:ash0001). She has more than four years experience as a sales representative in the promotional products industry.
Gabriel Jordan, regional sales manager for Bridgeport, Connecticut, supplier Prime Resources (UPIC: PRIME), is now covering California, Arizona, Utah, Nevada, Washington, Oregon and Hawaii.
Judy Warren has been hired as an independent regional sales representative for City of Industry, California, supplier Sweda Company (UPIC: SWEDA). She will represent North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia.
