INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTERING AN ELIGIBLE ENTRY

1.  All entries must be postmarked no later than May 21, 2010 and be regular cataloged items provided for selling between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009, by PPAI supplier members. (Associate, Supplier Representative, Multi-Line Reps and Canadian Affiliate Supplier members may enter the Self Promotion Category.)

2.  Catalog, dates sales/price sheet, mailing piece or catalog page must be submitted with entry.

3.  Only one entry per supplier in a category unless otherwise stated. Any item used strictly as a speculative sample or is not sold is ineligible.

4.  Include one sample of each imprinted promotional product(s). Samples must be imprinted and properly identified. Should be in perfect condition and not mounted, framed or in any way modified for entry presentation. (Samples become the property of PPAI and will not be returned unless indicated during entry submission and payment of $10.00 for return shipping is received.)

5.  Determine the appropriate category. Carefully consider the entry you are submitting with the criteria required in the category. The Awards Committee judges will screen all entries to be sure they are in the correct category. Keep in mind if it becomes necessary to move your entry into another section and you have submitted an additional item in that category, the judges will have to disqualify one of the entries.

6.  Description for each entry. A written explanation of the manufacturing, printing or specific special processes, the creativity involved and how it was used. The information must be detailed and concise so the judges do not misunderstand or misinterpret special processes, designs, equipment, creativity, etc. that are important to the development and/or production of the entry. (No more than one typed page, double-spaced will be accepted.)

7.  Payment: Complete the credit card information in the online entry form or make checks payable to PPAI.  

          Member Entry Fee: $40

          Non-Member Entry Fee: $55

Entrants are responsible for all shipment, postage, custom clearance and insuring valuable entries against loss or damage. If samples are to be returned and shipping costs exceed the $10 shipping fee, entrant will be invoiced for the additional charges.
