Login Help (Step-by-Step Login)
The login routine for our site has changed. We are moving away from PPAI# login to e-mail address login. Using the PPAI# to login to the company profile is no longer accepted. To login to our site with your e-mail address follow these steps:
Step 1) Go to the bottom of the login page and select “Reset Password”. Enter your e-mail address and press “Send my Password”. A new password will be sent to the e-mail address stored on your account profile.
Step 2) Retrieve the password from your e-mail and login to our site using your e-mail address and the new password. We recommend you do not copy and paste your new password from this e-mail to the password field on our website. Your password should be keyed in manually to authenticate properly.
Step 3) If you would like to change your password or other basic account information go to "Login" to update your information.
Login Restrictions
To update company information on your account you must be the primary contact for your company. If you are not the primary contact you will only be able to access your individual profile information. To access any account information under "Login" you must login using your e-mail address. Using the PPAI# to login to the company profile is no longer accepted.
The Primary Contact on your company roster has the ability to change company information, add or remove individuals from the company roster, pay dues on-line, update their personal information, and change their personal login id under "Login".
Other contacts on your company roster have the ability to view company information, update their personal information, and change their personal login id under "Login".

Secure Content Areas
There are secure content areas within our website that require authentication, most are found in the PPAI Members section. You will be prompted for a Login ID and Password if you attempt to access these areas. You must be an ACTIVE PPAI Member in order to login. You need to use your e-mail address as your Login ID as logging in with the PPAI# is no longer accepted.
