Program Overview

PPAI Business Partner programs are value-added benefit offerings negotiated with vendors of key business solutions on behalf of member companies. PPAI’s strategy is to deliver time-saving, cost-efficient benefits and business solutions to give members a financial and professional boost over the competition. To date, PPAI currently has more than 12 programs including shipping, merchant processing and audio and web conferencing solutions.

 

When developing business partner programs, PPAI constantly looks for business solutions that are critical to member needs. To ensure that the members’ interest is represented, PPAI’s Membership Services Committee of volunteer leaders is involved throughout the process. Beginning with the identification of a particular program or service, a series of steps are taken to identify, evaluate and select the best partner for each solution. Key partner selection criteria include the organization's financial strength, experience in the marketplace, member value proposition, service capabilities and program integrity. Essential within any business partner program is its unique member offering—an added-value proposition available exclusively for PPAI members.

 

Once developed, PPAI staff works in cooperation with the business partner to promote the program’s value to the membership at large and in ongoing program management.
